To enhance the integral management level, improve work efficiency, and create a healthy, safe and clean environment of working and production, Shengli Oilfield R&T Group organized the 6S management training on August 29, 2016.
R&T Group invited the 6S management expert with many years of experience in 6S management to visit the company. The expert gave targeted guidance and suggestion on the points of 6S management where we should make improvement.
Through this training, all the departments have a new understanding of the 6S management. All the departments will constantly improve the management level according to the company’s actual situation, and fully implement the 6S management requirements in the future.
