A hammer (lever) type safety valve: the pressure of balancing the disc with a lever and heavy hammer. A heavy-hammer safety valve adjusts the pressure by moving the weight of the heavy hammer or changing the weight of the weight. It has the advantage of the simple structure; The downside is that it's more cumbersome to have a lower back seat. The safety valve of this structure can only be used for fixed equipment.
A spring safety valve: it uses the force of a compression spring to balance the pressure of the disc and seal it. The spring safety valve adjusts the pressure by adjusting the compression of the spring. Its advantages are that the weight of the safety valve is small, light and sensitive, and the installation position is not strictly limited. The disadvantage is that the force acting on the stem changes with the spring. At the same time, we must pay attention to the heat insulation and heat dissipation of the spring. The spring force of spring safety valve usually does not exceed 2000 kilograms. Because if a spring is too large, it is not suitable for precise work.
The pulse safety valve is composed of the main valve and the auxiliary valve. The main valve is connected to the auxiliary valve, and the main valve action is driven by the pulse action of the auxiliary valve.
The safety valve is a safe and protective valve, which is mainly used in pipes and various pressure equipment. When the working pressure of the medium exceeds the allowable pressure value, the safety valve opens the discharge medium automatically. As the pressure of the medium is reduced, the safety valve will be reclosed to prevent the overpressure risk of the pipe and equipment.
Safety Valve Function
The safety valve is suitable for the boiler room pipe and the low-pressure side of the pipe system of different pressure levels.
The safety valve plays a safe and protective role in the system. When the system pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve is opened, and part of the gas/fluid in the system is discharged into the air/pipeline outside, so that the system pressure is not more than the allowable value, so as to ensure that the system does not cause accidents due to excessive pressure.
Safety Valve Application
Application of safety valve in steam system decompression unit: the safety valve is installed downstream of the pressure reducing valve. When the pressure relief valve fails to decompress, the safety valve is opened, and the steam is discharged to the outside of the system, so as to reduce the pressure of the system and ensure the safety of downstream steam equipment and operators.
The application of the safety valve in the steam system flash tank: when the flash steam is too large, or the regulating valve is too small, or the regulator fails to shut down, the pressure in the flash tank increases sharply. The safety valve opens, discharging steam out of the system to protect the safety of the flash tank and its accompanying equipment.
